Career coaching for federal HR professionals and military spouses in transition.
One-to-one coaching for people navigating a career transition — a federal promotion or pivot, or a fresh start after a PCS move. A thinking partner to get clear on what’s next and build a plan that actually sticks.
I’m training toward an ICF credential and coach in line with the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.
About your coach
As a career and leadership coach with a deep background in federal Human Resources, I work with two communities I know well: federal HR and workforce professionals navigating a promotion, a pivot, or a move to the private sector, and military spouses rebuilding a career through frequent relocations. My approach is grounded in International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards, combining structured strategic inquiry with practical talent management insights. Whether you are stepping into leadership, changing sectors, or starting over after a move, I provide a confidential, thought-provoking space to challenge your assumptions, uncover your strengths, and build actionable roadmaps that produce measurable results.
- Eight-plus years inside federal human resources — advising leadership on workforce strategy, recruitment, and personnel policy
- On the inside of the same hiring and promotion processes you’re navigating from the outside
- International liaison experience across relocations, time zones, and multinational teams — the same disruption a PCS brings
- Bilingual and cross-culturally fluent, with a practiced eye for the identity shift a big transition brings
What is coaching?
Federal HR to what’s next
Whether you’re eyeing a supervisory role, prepping for a promotion, or considering a move to the private sector, we work from real knowledge of how federal hiring and advancement actually work.
Career continuity through every PCS
Frequent moves shouldn’t mean starting over. We build a career strategy that travels with you — through relocations, employment gaps, and licensing hurdles.
Confidential, ICF-aligned
What you share stays between us, in line with the ICF Code of Ethics — that matters when your career, and sometimes your clearance, are both on the line.
