Why a decision tool?
Most decisions in a team setting are made fast, in a meeting, with sparse documentation. Six months later, no one can quite remember why they went one way. Decision Studio is a small bet on changing that — without adding meetings.
How it works
- Users describe the decision in plain language.
- The tool drafts a structured frame: the question, options, criteria, and unknowns.
- An LLM acts as a friendly devil's advocate, surfacing risks and assumptions.
- The final decision and rationale are saved as a permanent, searchable record.
