Productivity tools usually nag. What if one could read the signal of your work — without sending your data anywhere — and respond with the patience of a good colleague?
Approach
Focus Companion is an exploration of local-first AI: a small model running on-device that watches only what the user opts into and never leaves the machine. The interface stays out of the way and surfaces only at meaningful transitions in the workday.
